What happens to your document
EasyToDecode isn't open yet. This is how it will handle what you upload. Each point is a rule the system enforces, not a promise added afterwards.
Deleted within 24 hours
Your file will be kept for 24 hours at most and then deleted, with the text we read from it, unless you choose to save it. A result you don't save will be deleted after 7 days.
Only you can open it
Files are stored privately. A link to your file is created only after we check that it's yours, and it stops working within a minute.
Not used to train AI
The AI providers that read your document will do so under terms that don't allow training on it. We will name each provider here before launch.
Never used for advertising
Document text, file names and results never go to Google Analytics or any advertising tool. The cookies in our Privacy Policy cover page visits only.
Instructions inside a file are ignored
What's in your document is treated as text to explain. We never follow instructions written in it and never run code from it.
Delete anytime
You will be able to delete a file, a result or your whole account. We aim to finish deleting an account within 24 hours.
What we won't do
EasyToDecode explains what your paperwork says and drafts questions or letters you send yourself. It won't give legal or financial advice, and it won't say whether a clause is enforceable where you live.
Where it's stored
Files and data will be stored in the United States with Cloudflare and Supabase, under data processing terms. EasyToDecode is run by CyberSoft Consult Ltd. in Sofia, Bulgaria, under EU data protection law.
